Becky McGilligan, M.D.Dr. Becky McGilligan has a passion for helping people become and stay healthy. She is driven by the belief that her patients are not simply the sum of their body parts and illnesses, but instead subscribes to the “whole person” view of healthy living. Physical exercise, a healthy diet, and a healthy mental outlook are just as important as lab values. It is this body-mind-spirit view that helps her get to know her patients and find ways to work together with them to get them to true health.
Dr. McGilligan knew from a young age that she was born to be a physician and structured her life in a way to accomplish that goal. She graduated from The University of West Florida (summa cum laude) in 2004 and The Florida State College of Medicine (summa cum laude) in 2009. While in medical school she was inducted in to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, an honor reserved for the top 10% of graduating physicians. She was honored to receive the J. Ocie Harris Outstanding Student Award, signifying that her alma mater considered her “the best all-around promise of becoming a physician of the highest caliber”, the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Achievement Citation denoting “female student who demonstrates leadership, service, and advocacy and rank in the top 10 percent of the graduating class”, as well as Florida Geriatrics Society Award for “outstanding student in geriatrics”.
She and her family moved to Cincinnati after medical school graduation for her residency at The Christ Hospital. She completed her internal medicine training and Chief Resident year in 2012 and went into practice in Anderson Township where she has been since 2012.
Recognizing that today’s traditional primary care model did not provide her patients with the care and access she believed in, she decided to go out on her own and create McGilligan MD Direct Primary Care. Dr. McGilligan envisions medical care as a relationship between the doctor and the patient: private, without interference from insurance companies and regulation. She feels that the patient should be able to make the decisions about his or her life and health, not an overpaid executive.
Outside of the office, Dr. Becky enjoys spending time with family. She’s an avid science fiction fan and enjoys exercising.
Katherine Dumont, M.D.Dr Katherine Dumont loves being a doctor, but it wasn’t her first choice for a career path. From the time she was young, Katie loved reading and poetry and wanted to be a poet and children’s book author. It wasn’t until high school that she realized this was a rather impractical career plan, so she turned to her second love of science and decided to pursue medicine instead. Almost 2 decades into her career, Katie is sure she made the right choice!
Katie was born and raised in Anderson Township and always hoped to end up back there as a practicing physician. She went to University of Dayton for her undergraduate degree, where she earned a BS in biology with a minor in English Literature. She returned to Cincinnati for medical school and graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2004, finishing just over a decade after her father! Katie then completed residency training at William Beaumont Hospital in Troy MI before returning home to Cincinnati with her young son to begin practicing as a family doctor in Anderson Township, initially as part of her dad Frank’s practice, and then as part of The Christ Hospital Health Network. After twelve years as part of a traditional primary care practice, Katie realized that the demands of the insurance companies no longer allowed her to practice the thoughtful patient-centered type of medicine that she loved. She was drawn to the direct primary care model because it allows her to take the time to strengthen relationships with her patients, the cornerstone of all good primary care practices.
Katie spends her time outside of the office trying to convince her teenage son to play board games and hanging out with her herd of cats. She is a health and fitness enthusiast, and most recently joined Pure Barre. Katie also loves crime dramas and detective novels, and frequently browses the mystery/thriller section at Joseph-Beth Bookstore looking for the next great novel.
Francis Dumont, M.D.A longtime Mt. Washington and Anderson resident, Dr. Frank Dumont is a beloved figure in the local community. Having survived the infamous Beverly Hills Supper Club fire as a young man, his call to action was to help others based on this experience. He joined the Anderson Twp. Fire Department as a volunteer and trained as an EMT/ Paramedic and Firefighter. This invaluable training led him to pursue medicine.
Besides personal experiences, it is the foundation of faith set up in his early years that sets a precedent for how he treats his patients. “Serving others, especially in the community I grew up in, is a privilege that I feel honored to do each day”. That value on the doctor/patient relationship is the type of care you can expect from Dr. Frank at McGilligan MD.
Dr. Frank forms his patient relationships by gaining trust through active listening. Getting to know you and helping to coordinate your care is a principle he lives by.
Outside of the office, Dr. Frank enjoys music and spending time with his six beautiful grandchildren, 3 boys and 3 girls, ranging in age from 12 to 27.

Cynthia Villacis, M.D.I’m Dr. Cynthia Villacis, a family doctor with over 20 years of experience — and someone who’s walked many of the same health journeys as my patients. I’ve faced struggles with weight, blood sugar, stress, and sleep, and I know how frustrating it is to feel like you’re doing everything right and still not getting answers.
That’s why I created Health Connections DPC — to offer care that’s personal, judgment-free, and focused on the whole you. I take time to listen, look at root causes, and help you build a plan that fits your life. I also proudly serve a diverse, inclusive community — including immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, and Spanish-speaking families — with compassion and respect.
I completed my residency in Family Medicine in 2002 — the same year my second child was born — and I’ve spent over two decades helping people manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity through a root-cause approach grounded in lifestyle medicine. I’m also board certified in addiction medicine and have a special interest in mental health, women’s health, and immigrant health.
For many years, I worked in a busy community health center. But I found that 10-15 minute visits weren’t enough to make the kind of meaningful impact I wanted — especially for patients dealing with stress, mood struggles, weight gain, or hormonal changes. That’s why I opened my own practice in 2017, offering longer visits, easier access, and more time to actually connect and care.
My practice is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I learned Spanish while living in Ecuador as an exchange student in 1988 — where I also met my future husband. I’ve had a passion for working with immigrant families ever since, and I’m also a designated civil surgeon, providing USCIS I-693 immigration medical exams in a compassionate, low-stress environment.
Outside the office, I’m a proud mom of two grown kids, wife of 30+ years, and outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy kayaking, yoga, hiking, scuba diving, and exploring new places — and I strongly believe that joyful movement and adventure are possible at any size. I’ve been on my own journey with weight, metabolic health, and self-compassion, which fuels the care I offer my patients.

Michael Chunn, M.D.Dr. Michael Chunn started his path in healthcare as a part-time phlebotomist while a college student. The energy of the hospital and a deep interest in science directed him to a career in medicine. In a few short years, he was a student in that same hospital and he graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1998. He completed Family Medicine residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH, serving as co-Chief Resident in his final year of training.
Dr. Chunn first practiced in Benton, KY, in both inpatient and outpatient settings in a rural community, then transitioned to Occupational Health and Emergency Care. In 2007, he and his family moved to Cincinnati to start Chunn Family Medicine. Initially a part of Premier Health Partners, in 2016 CFM became a fully independent practice, taking a step away from corporate involvement in the doctor-patient relationship. In January 2022, the DPC model was introduced to Dr. Chunn by a long-time colleague. The idea of returning to the foundations of medicine became a growing preoccupation, and with the support of colleagues and his family, Dr. Chunn decided to transition CFM to CFM DPC in January 2023.
Dr. Chunn has been married to Andrea since 1995. Their three adult children live across the country, giving motivation and opportunity for travel.
Faith and spirituality play a significant role in Dr. Chunn's life. In his down time, Dr. Chunn dabbles in woodworking, loves baseball (Go Cardinals!), attends live music and theater, and enjoys a good show on TV or the big screen.

Jason Hoke, M.D.Dr. Hoke began his medical career in Oxford in 2001, when he and two partners, Drs. Nathan Morris and Michael Fain, created Indian Creek Family Health Center. Over the course of the next 10 years, their practice grew from these three providers to eleven providers caring for patients at four different offices. In 2014, Indian Creek joined Kettering Health Network, and continues to be a part of this strong network of physicians. Over the next several years, Dr. Hoke felt a strong calling to return to the freedom of owning an independent medical practice, where he could ensure the needs of the patient were always the top priority. From the beginning of his time in Oxford, Dr. Hoke has been passionate about delivering high quality, all-encompassing care at an affordable cost. With the creation of Hoke Direct Primary Care, he will have the opportunity to fully embrace this calling he has for healthcare delivery.
Jason and Jennifer, his beautiful (and, oh so patient) wife of over 20 years, have six children, whom they have had the awesome opportunity to homeschool. Their two oldest boys are active in football and their youngest is a beast on the soccer pitch. Their three girls are enjoy dance, gymnastics, and horse riding. The family is active in the choir and many other activities at their church in Camden, Ohio. In their free time, they enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking together, relaxing with a good movie, or cheering for the Bengals -- Who Dey! They are proud to call Oxford home, and enjoy many of the amenities this college town has to offer.
Julie Green, NP-CJulie began her nursing career in Oxford in 2004 as an LPN at Indian Creek Family Health Center working with Dr. Hoke. She loved the primary care setting, but desired to gain more experience in a higher acuity setting, so she moved to Reid Hospital. In 2010 she completed her training to be a Registered Nurse. She then joined TriHealth, where she worked for the next 10 years gaining experience as a charge nurse and an assistant nurse manager. Despite the love of her career in the hospital setting, she had a strong desire to become a nurse practitioner and return to the primary care setting. In 2021, she completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati and has worked gaining valuable experience as a family nurse practitioner ever since. Now, coming back full circle to the start of her career, she will be working with her mentor, Dr. Hoke, yet again. She is excited about practicing in a Direct Primary Care office, where she can develop long-term relationships with her patient’s and provide high-quality, personalized care.
Julie was born and raised in Cincinnati and has resided within Butler County for the past 28 years. She is married to her high school prom date, Justin, who she shares 2 children and 2 fur babies with. Her son is active in football and wrestling while her daughter is active in cheer. They have two German Short Haired Pointers that are high energy and love to run with the family. Together they enjoy spending time in the outdoors, biking, fishing, and family trips to the lake or the beach. She is active in her community and children’s sports as a youth coach and board member.
